- How do I place an order on

Ordering on is easy and safe. To add the products you like to your cart, simply click the 'ADD TO CART' button. When you are ready to complete your purchase, you may click on the shopping bag in the top right corner, follow the instructions and complete your order and pay. You can easily create your order by following these steps!


- What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently, you can make your payments with Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits, the highest level available. That makes all your payments safe, fast & secure. In your shopping with a credit card, your transaction will be reflected in our system after it is approved by your bank.


- How can I use my discount coupons?

You can use the discount coupons defined by by entering the Discount Coupon field in the payment area of the Cart page.


- Do the products I buy have a warranty? How long is the warranty period?

Yes, all products you buy from are guaranteed for 2 years. Your jewelry is under limited warranty for manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover scratches, dents or damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear. After the warranty period, the product can be modified against cost.

-How do I customize my order?

Put your order details in Personalization Box at check out. If you need to upload a picture, you can attach the picture to a message and send to us after you submit your order. If you don't find what you're looking for or have any question about your order please send us a message!


- Are the products available for wholesale purchase?

Yes, you can contact us for wholesale purchases. Wholesale purchases are available with special discounts.


- How can I submit a special request regarding my order?

You can write any message that you want to be in your order or that you want to convey to officials in the "Order Note" section on the order confirmation page or you can write to us from the Message section on our Contact page.

Shipping and Delivery


- Do you charge shipping fees?

There is no shipping fee for your orders.


- When can I receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date on which payment for an order has been received. Approximately 3-7 Business Days for US & EU & Canada. Other countries approximately 3-10 business days. Times may vary from country to country, during holiday seasons, etc. You can track your package via the cargo tracking code in the Shipment Confirmation e-mail we send when you place your order.


-When will the public holiday and weekend orders go out?

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.


- If I request international shipping, am I responsible for custom and duties?

Yes. Notwithstanding any estimate, quote or calculation provided by us during the checkout process, please be advised that you bear full responsibility for any and all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges resulting from international shipping, including all such costs associated with any exchanges or returns. These charges are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of the destination country, and they depend on a number of factors, such as local VAT rates and local import taxes.


- When receiving my product, what should I pay attention to?

The products you buy from our site are carefully packaged and delivered to you. However, sometimes damage to the products may occur due to cargo companies. For this reason, when receiving the product, you should pay attention to whether your package is crushed, torn or wet. When you encounter such a situation, you should not take delivery of the cargo and make a report to the cargo authority.




Returns and Exchanges


- May I return or exchange my order?

In case of customer dissatisfaction, you can return or exchange all non-personal products (except for jewelry with names or letters and other specially prepared products) within 14 days from the product delivery date.


- How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Products without invoice, receipt or certificate cannot be changed. Gorgolette products must be returned in their original condition with all protective materials in place and all tags and stickers attached to them, as well as with the box and original delivery packaging. Our company shall not be obligated to accept your return or request for an exchange or to refund the amount paid for such item if:

- the tag attached to the product that you are returning has been removed or torn;

- the product that you are returning is not packaged in the Gorgolette protective pouch and box with all original delivery packaging;

- the product that you are returning shows any signs of wear or use; or

-the product that you are returning has been altered in any way from its original condition.

Our company, reserves the right to refuse returns and/or exchanges which, in Gorgolette's sole and absolute discretion, violate, misuse or abuse our return policy.

However, if your product complies with the right of withdrawal, after a 1-week control period, the product amount is returned in the same way you have ordered.

- Do I have to pay for the shipping fee for the return?

For your product return and exchange requests, you can send free shipping within Türkiye with Yurtiçi Kargo. You will not pay shipping fee by using the code Yurtiçi Kargo ---------. The original package, packaging and label of the product to be returned must not be removed.

For your return or exchange requests from outside of Turkey, please contact us via e-mail or phone and get information.


- How Long Does It Take to Be Refunded for a Returned Order?

Within 14 days of your payment, the price of the products will be refunded to your bank account if the order is given using a credit card, to your credit card, or via money order/EFT. The reflection of your refund to your credit card account depends on the transaction status of your bank and takes between 1-4 weeks.
